SHIPPING POLICY

When you’re done placing your order and submitting your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you are no able to see your confirmation email, kindly contact us at laces.ke@gmail.com or call us at (+254) 723 332 517.

Once your payment is verified and the order is processed, your parcel will be shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification. Please ensure to carefully check and confirm your address and contact information. In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped and you will be charged another shipping fee. 

The following options are available at checkout:

NAIROBI DOORSTEP DELIVERY

Locations Under Nairobi County:

Price: Ksh. 200 - 1,000, dependent on location.

All packages are processed and delivered within 24-48 HOURS from the time you purchase. 

 

REST OF KENYA

Locations under the rest of Kenya including all counties other than Nairobi.

Price: Ksh. 500

All packages are processed within two business days from the time of purchase. All orders purchased after 3:00 PM (EAT) are noted as the following business day.
